Our 100% Print Satisfaction Guarantee. We are so proud of the quality of our print we offer a guarantee on all of our products. Of course terms and conditions apply but we are upfront about these and you can read how these are applied if you were to have an issue.

What We Do Guarantee. We guarantee 100% satisfaction on everything that is in our control and we help as much as we can with the things that aren’t. This means we cover the quality of the paper or card stock that we print on, we guarantee the quality of the print and that it reflects the quality of your artwork, so if you supplied great images/artwork and our print doesn’t reflect this, we got your back. Our packaging is designed to make sure your order arrives in a good usable condition, if it doesn’t we hear you and again, we got you covered. We’re nice people who provide great products and service so it’s in our nature to make sure you are a happy customer.

What We Cannot Guarantee. So here is the ugly side to our promise. We cannot guarantee our print if there is a problem with something you supply. So, if you send us artwork that looks dreadful, make a spelling error or upload naff images there is a chance due to our automation that we will not notice this and your printing quality suffers. But hey don’t be mad at us, we only print what we are supplied so to avoid issues our advice is check, double check and then get somebody else to check before you click that buy button. If you are unsure you can always send us your artwork to check before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times if you give us wrong or missing information for delivery. The same applies to delayed delivery due to extreme weather or if other delivery conditions interfere which are out of our control. We will however work with you and the courier company to get your parcel to you as swiftly as possible.
