When opening the ticket please provide enough information to cover the problem as this will help speed up the support we can offer and avoid delays where possible. Please provide photos of the issue if applicable along with an explanation of the problem. Based on your issues we will give you one of three options. Before opening a ticket please check our print promise so you are aware of what we cover.
Fast & easy returns If returning your product is given as an option, we will send you a returns label directly by email. With this label, you can return your product free of charge. As part of this service we will need you to deliver your package to the closest drop-off point to you. Unfortunately we can’t arrange a pick up from a non drop-off location.
